Project Details:

The NMTC project involves the construction of a 30,000-square foot, stand-alone medical office building and ambulatory care center on the southeast corner of the Blue Ridge Regional Hospital (“BRRH” or “Hospital”) campus located in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. The new facility will allow BRRH to lower wait times, better serve the acute needs of the community, provide a lower cost alternative for ambulatory and routine primary care, and serve as a recruiting tool for primary care physicians and specialists.
